I provide individualized group and individual sessions for: Athletes to assist them in accomplishing their personal and athletic endeavors; equestrians looking to further their riding and accomplish their goals; performers to achieve performance excellence; and any individual looking to bring more success, fulfillment and flow into their life, through evidence-based Sport and Performance Psychology, Mental Skills Training, Positive Psychology, a Strengths-Based Focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing principles and practices. Each client walks away from their sessions with a feeling of confidence and gratitude as they take their performance to the next level.
Individual and group sessions are great for individual athletes and/or team and club meetings for learning and applying the principles and practices of Sport & Performance Psychology and Mental Skills Training, including but not limited to Imagery, Confidence techniques, Attention Control/Focus, Psychological and Physiological State Management Techniques (e.g., relaxation and energization). Mental Skills Training allows individuals to find their individual zone of optimal functioning, experience flow, and perform at their best to achieve performance excellence.
